tab66 Terms & Conditions – User Agreement & Platform Rules

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "tab66", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of the tab66 platform at tab66.asia and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the tab66 website, mobile application, and any associated software or services provided by tab66.
• "Player", "User", "You" means any individual who registers an account with or accesses the tab66 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual account registered by a Player on the tab66 Platform.
• "Funds" means any MYR balance held within a Player's tab66 Account, whether deposited or accrued through winnings.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or cashback offer granted to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by tab66 prior to processing withdrawals.

2. Eligibility

By registering an Account with tab66, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in connection with your use of the Platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a tab66 employee.

tab66 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts that fail to demonstrate eligibility will be suspended, and any withdrawable balance will be returned to the deposit method of record.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the tab66 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. tab66 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. You must promptly notify tab66 via live chat or the designated support channel if any registered information changes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tab66 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. tab66 customer support staff will never request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not authorised.

3.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, tab66 requires Players to complete the KYC identity verification process. This process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and, in certain cases, proof of address and source of funds. tab66 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is completed to tab66's satisfaction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tab66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and other local banking channels as may be updated on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the tab66 cashier interface and may be updated without prior notice. tab66 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or eWallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability. tab66 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests deemed unusual in size or frequency. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

4.4 Currency

tab66 operates exclusively in MYR. tab66 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by a Player's financial institution where the Player holds an account denominated in a currency other than MYR.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the tab66 Platform are subject to these Terms and any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the relevant game or market.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the tab66 system. tab66 will not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where a manifest error has occurred.
• tab66 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from pricing errors, data feed failures, or technical faults.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply across all betting markets and game types. Current limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform.
• tab66 reserves the right to limit the bet amounts accepted from any Player, at its sole discretion, without providing a reason.
• In-play sportsbook bets are subject to additional latency and settlement conditions as specified in the in-play betting rules section of the Platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

tab66 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted.
• tab66 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including, without limitation, matched betting using bonus funds, exploitation of software errors, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tab66 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Creating multiple accounts or accessing the Platform through another Player's account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in an unsanctioned manner;
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on tab66;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or convert proceeds of crime;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any table game, tournament, or promotional offer;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward tab66 staff or other Players.

tab66 cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in connection with investigations of prohibited conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tab66 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, and audiovisual materials, is owned by or licensed to tab66 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the tab66 Platform without express prior written consent from tab66.

9. Privacy

tab66's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the tab66 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• tab66's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim;
• tab66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings;
• tab66 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components;
• tab66 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

11. Responsible Gaming

tab66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to assist Players in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time via account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts to remind them of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the live chat support channel.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders can be configured to appear at intervals during gaming sessions.

Your continued use of the tab66 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming regulatory framework under which tab66 operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tab66 Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through tab66's internal complaints procedure, accessible via the 24/7 live chat support channel.
